Siryl
Cover art by Angus McKie for a 1977 edition of Nova by Samuel Delany.  You can also find it in The Flights of Icarus by Donald Lehmkuhl (a sci-fi art anthology) and Great Space Battles by Stewart Cowley, which uses it to illustrate an original “historical document” from the Laguna Wars.  Making these into Lagunan ships was an odd move, since the one in the foreground clearly has Arabic numerals painted on its hull.  A vessel similar to these appears on McKie’s cover for Dangerous Visions 2 by Harlan Ellison (which was also repurposed for a Terran Trade Authority book).
